Hacking Latest Firmware for R4i for 3DS - www.r4ids.cn?

On Sept 26th - the 3DS V4.4.0-10 Patch was released for the R4i 3DS from www.r4ids.cn

I have used this firmware with no issues. This firmware uses the "Metroid Prime Hunters - Demo Version" as it's Icon on the Main Menu.

I ordered two more carts from the same vendor and got them in today.

When I loaded them up to install Wood and get going - I noticed the "Kirby Squeak Squad - Demo Version" icon installed. It works with the 3ds as well and there is little issue.

However - I have not seen another firmware update from www.r4ids.cn - is this a new frimware update - or are they just using a new Icon for the same update for some reason?

It seems that the second exploit for the 4.4 Firmware.

What kind of revision could it be??
I mean the Rev 9 A B and C have the Metroid Icon right?
The only possibility is that there's a new revision or the old revs got updated, but i don't think so.

The only models I have are the old ones that haven't gotten updates for 4.4.x, so Idunno'.

Q:How to decide whether to update your r4i gold 3ds(r4ids.cn) or not?
A:Just enter wood and click start. Please choose help and you will get a help infomation board just as below.
Please pay attention to the word underlined with the red line.
The sys has just shown the system version your r4i gold can support.
Ie:If it shows NDSi V1.4.4. & 3DS 4.4.0-10, it means that your r4i gold can support NDSi V1.4.4 and 3ds 4.4.0-10 system.
Therefore, there is no need to update your card to support 3DS 4.4.0-10.

Besides, the patch for r4i gold low versions(such as 6,7,8) is also under developing.
When it is ready, it will be released at www.r4ids.cn.
Just pay attention to the news released by www.r4ids.cn

By the way, the genuine r4i gold 3ds(r4ids.cn) should be the same as below:
The HW should be R4i Gold 3DSb as showed above.

lol not to be mean but bringing this to light now means that header is also likely to be blocked by the next 3DS update
