No, I don't have any AP code on, but YS Menu fixes the problem automatically. Also, the patch itself has an anti-piracy fix built into it.

Can i just point out that the r4 cart itself does have a tendancy to freeze randomly when I'm playing...just because it comes loose, so unless this happens to multiple r4 users, it could just have been an accident.

My 30 hrs save from SS works fine. No freezes yet. I use dstt + moonshell2 combo with ysmenu.

Beh, I click 'Apply Patch' and it doesn't seem to do anything. Yes it's the (J) version, yes I have them in the same folder. I even tried running the GUI in XP SP3 compatibility mode.

Could it have something to do with the filenames? Or do I just have to wait for a couple of minutes?

Same here. About 10 minutes and nothing. I am using Windows XP

i know this doesn't really matter or anything since the main things in the game are translated (which i thank you for alot!) but when you want to register your email at the main menu everything is in Japanese (i know its not important)

A clean Japanese ROM still has the *save data could not be accesed* error, evin with this patch

But I guess I'll have to arm7 patch the Japanese ROM first and then use this patch. And I have an old ass M3 wich can't even play GBA games nor has a cheat database.

Well, the music was still playing, but the screen was black. The music volume was very quiet, which is what usually happens whenever the game's anti-piracy check kicks in.

I know that's Japanese, but it has no use, it E-mails you when a trade has been comleted in Wi-Fi center (GTS)

this works on YSMenu so yes it works on DSTT unofficial 1.17.12a
