Speaking of milked franchises, I'd really love to see a new Breath of Fire game.

One for DS or 3DS would be great.

Back to the future topic: I just found someone in that Avatar-Menu "Random encounter" thingie, called dEA56. No idea, if that's a neighbour or a NPC, so players can try that out.

just a quick question - would be grateful if somebody answers it.

I lost the L and R buttons on my DS after changing the case. Now does this game often use these buttons?
Played 358/2 but can't remember anymore.

thanks a lot.

To use potions, you have to equip them in your Command Matrix.

The game uses R to center cam, and L to cycle commands. So unless you can get through the whole game on standard attack and hp orbs, good luck trying to play.

Playing the cracked (E) rom on Wood 1.18, working perfectly so far.
Saved at the first save point in the game, hope it doesn't freeze next time I play it or I get farther in the game.

I found it freeze when I push START to see status...Two black screens with BGM
Card DSTT,ererything all right for the EU version!

Well, I played KH ReCoded JPN. It is better than 358/2 for sure. I have to say that if you were expecting it to be better ot as good as BBS, be disappointed. I knew it wouldnt be anyway. BBS is the best KH out there. ReCoded is probably the best KH they can make on a DS though. You can do combos on this KH, not just the same 3 hits you did with roxas in 358/2.

Oh... you have GOT to be kidding me xD KHII Final Mix + was waaaaaaay better.

Well, KHII FM+ was only the best for Japan or players who were lucky to get a copy, use Swapmagic and play it. Other than that, KH BBS is the best KH game to many people, I guess.

Maybe someone can tell me, how the bloody fuck do you use potions?

Equip the potion command in a free slot and use it from there (X button)
Or, when you're off battle, you can just go to the menu and go to the first option, (forgot what it was called) and press A, go to the item, and then press Yl

Im about 3 hours into the game, so far so cool. Its a bit weird tho. Just have to get used to it or something.. I like this games leveling system etc. more than 358/2 days.

im currently playing through KH1 on Ps2, first KH i've played and i'm really liking it. should i play games in release order and does it not really matter? i'd like to play birth by sleep next, but i dont know if i should skip it since it's the last one released and may have spoilers. should i play the series in order or does it not matter? thanks.

For story wise, like canon, KH1 > KH2 > BBS. But BBS is a prequel to KH1 so you could also go BBS > KH1 > KH2. Though the secret ending in BBS might give away some big spoilers.

As for 358/2 Days and Re: Coded. They're not important to the story, just fanservice. They don't really add any "crucial" things to the story where if you don't play them, you'll be lost. So don't worry about that. Though people say Chain of Memories is crucial to play, I disagree.

That is not completely true.. Re:CoM is somewhat important to the story.. If you play KH1 THEN KH2 You'll be WTF!? at several points in the beginning of the game.. (Sora inside the {Spoiler} anyone?) Which are huge spoiler's I shall not reveal here.

The real order of the games is: KH:BbS > KH1 > KH:Re:CoM > KH:358/2 Days > KH2 > KH:Recoded (>KH3D which is in the starts of development)

So go ahead and play them in order if you have a PSP, PS2 and a DS..

Days works to get to know some enemies better and it's from the other side of view (the bad guys's one)

Re:coded is just a rehash of KH1's story with incredibly new and interesting gameplay..

If you have a flash cart play both.. they're worth the while. Days can get a little bit repetitive at times. but it get's way better at the end.

Re:coded is the game with the best gameplay. not only it has BBS command's but it also has a 2D platformer, A 3D Shooter and A full world which battles are FF/Mario and Luigi like. but the story is dull until the last two cutscenes.
