The PSP Go isn't even exploitable at the moment and KH:BBS isn't avaialble for digital distribution so I don't think this is relevant?

Which is why it would check if it is an old PSP, and if it is then cut off MS access.
ALL PSPs can get PSN games.
I have a PSP-2000. If I went do PSN and downloaded the game, it would freeze on me. You get the point?

Since the PSP Go has stuff that the regular PSPs don't have they can bypass that. Have it check if it is a PSP Go and if it is then it'll let it run. If not, then it'll cut off Mem Stick access and then try to run from UMD. I think that this might work, but I'm not sure. Limited programming knowledge here.
It wouldn't work. Old PSPs can also download PSN games.

Is there anything the original PSP has that it can check for? I don't think there is other than the Phat having the IR port.

Well back on the topic of getting this game to work, is there any way to run virtual umd drive on a pc and routing it to the psp, tricking the system into thinking it has the umd.

But then the PSN Version wouldn't work on a regular PSP, even though they purchased it.

youre right. it still loads from the mem stick so it probibly wont work.

be back tomarrow.

I'll be back on later, I'll try to find something that will allow us to trick that umd read, but I am betting it'll need another homebrew app development.
