i have no idea on that and what i was referring to is for the PUBLIC

No doubt people could get the game earlier (some games are usually release earlier than Japan)
for instances, i do get those major xbox, ps3 titles always fewdays-1 week ahead of the expected date

well i know that with the game : FF CC Echoes of time. Narin had the fix in like 10 minutes....
i guess this is a really different and harder anti piracy

Nah same thing happened with Pokemon Platinum (J) and (U).
It didn't come as a surprise to see this thread 5 days before release date.
