Hacking Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days Game Fix Patch

For R4DS users, the simple Hex editing would work. Yeah, I'm still using that old flashcart, and I'm on the 90+ day without any AP.

I did the manual hex edit and the game is working perfectly for me on R4DS (original, non SDHC) I am using the most current YSmenu firmware. My roomate is on 1.18 firmware and it is working fine for him as well after the manual hex edit.

The patch didn't work at all, I renamed the ROM to the Specific name that you gave and Used the Exe Application. I'm still back to the same problem-whenever I select the Difficulty for the Start of the game, it turns into a black screen. This is the English Version btw.

Okay i fixed mine.

1: Download a Hex Editor called XVI32.
2: Open your KH rom(CLEAN ROM).
3: At the top click , click , then click .
4: Type 010E5DC into the box and click .
5: The first block should be highlighted and have 0C in it.
6: At the top click , click , click , in the bottom box type 37 and click ok.
7: Where it said 0C in the first box it should now say 37.
8: Click file, then click .
9: Put the file you just saved on your flash cart and enjoy.

I've tryed every method in the book, yet still nothing is working. From what I've seen, however, it seems that everyone is using a flash card. I'm trying to run the game on a DS emulator (no$gba w/ zoomer), but the screen just goes back after selecting my difficulty. Any ideas?

i renamed it nrp-khdj.nds then patched it tried to play it and it didnt work i have R4

I patched it in a folder ON MY DESKTOP then copy and pasted the patched rom (renamed) it into my TTDS flashcart, that's okay right? btw i'm using TTDS unofficial firmware (to run GTACW) - does that affect things? it still gets stucked when I choose the difficulty of a new game.

Used the Hex Editor, am on Day 153 or so. It froze on one mission, but I just restarted the game and chose a different mission.

This game is amazing. I think I'll buy it once the price goes down.

i have the US ROM downloaded and after i patched it, the screen went black bevore the start screen even went up. does this patch only work on the Jap version?

most new firmware's allready bypassed the anti piratcy so a clean rom should work
