Hacking Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Black Screen

Before people start telling me that I have to patch the ROM, I'll give a few specifications:

• Real original (non-spring) R4 running firmware 1.18
• A patched Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (U) ROM (I manually hex-edited it after reading http://gbatemp.net/img/nds-nfo/image.php?gt5419 )
• GBATemp's cheat database (updated 8th December)

The enabled cheats are:

• Battle experience, Munny and heart points multiplier (x2) (This is ONE cheat)
• # of magic use never changes

My problem is: the game always freezes (with a black screen) on the mission where you defeat the Wavecrest (in Neverland). It's not always the same part of the mission, but it's always the transition between a cutscene and gameplay.

Can anyone help me?

its stuck loading between the cut-scene and the battle on the first true mission
that u pick from the menu...

anyone knows a solution?

Solution: get a new cart.

OK, be realistic here...
We ALL know getting a new cart will fix the problems on an R4.
Does anyone have any different patches etc?
Or perhaps someone has done that mission on the R4 already?

You should use to install ysmenu (dstt a12) :
R4YSauto
I advise you to install it because r4 firmware doesnt get updated alot and the dstt does update alot if you need help just search r4ysauto or ysmenu on gbatemp you'll find a good guide somewhere here.

Ah... YSMenu.
I have that on my R4, but I really can't risk formatting my MicroSD card to FAT16. Sorry, that's not an option for me.

EDIT: Solved this by disabling all cheats.
