The HEX fix perfectly working for me with my very old M3 CF (35 firmware/36a GM). Able to save/load etc. No issue for now

Used settings 4x ~ trim rom ~ force r/w.

The game doesn't work with my M3 SD ((35 firmware/36a GM), why? I have edited the rom and I have tried the patch but nothing

How to manually hex edit KH rom:

1: Google and download a program called XVI32. This is the hex editor I used.

2: Open your KH rom.

3: At the top click address, then click goto, then click hexidecimal.

4: Type 010E5DC into the box and click ok.

5: The first block should be highlighted and have 0C in it.

6: At the top click edit, click overwrite string, click hex string, in the bottom box type 37 and click ok.

7: Where it said 0C in the first box it should now say 37.

8: Click file, then click save.

9: Put the file you just saved on your flash cart and enjoy

lol i did this yesterday,it seems to be working very well,exept for on the mission in story mode when you have to destroy the shadow globs,i randomly freeze...it should work on the original r4,it works on my sister's

I did the patch but when first entering Twilight Town and the tutorial pops up for jumping, I'm unable to switch pages so I'm stuck.

-edit- This is on R4 1.18, no YSMenu

One question though, can the hex edited version play multiplayer with a real copy of it?

For those that don't know how to hex edit check the release NFO...

Google "xpa-khdy.zip" and follow the instructions in the release NFO.

I could get banned for posting the fix because the file is illegal on every website. So email me if you want the fix for the emulator. Also for the R4s that the fix doesn't work on, try changing your firmware.

This fix has worked perfectly for me on a Supercard One, but I have one more huge problem:

I can't save. That is, when I do, the save will not carry between power off of the system.

I haven't seen anyone with this problem, so does anyone have ideas on how to fix this?
