Keyboard to XBox Original Controller???

I want to find a way to run Jet Set Radio Future on PC(All ports on TV are used, Xbox broke, no controller, unsure if my physical copy can load), however, I can't find a working emulator where I can use the computer keyboard. I miss the nostalgia of playing as Gum zipping through Tokyo, and I have $100. I don't want to pay for something that'll load slowly, but considering that I have a work laptop with 9% space left(that can't even load TS2 at 30fps), it looks like I may have no choice. I'll use something for free no matter the speed or quality, though.

Grab a used Xbox with controller plus a used monitor and a Xbox to VGA cable and it should total around $100 USD
