Really though, is this a full DS game? Or homebrew? Any extra info?

It is bullethell and a full game coming out in Japan October 23rd. Its based on an Arcade game from 2002 & its also coming to XBLA. I think there is a mobile version too.

This version is more focused on Boss Battle Score Attacks.
