What is DDST? I got the same problem using YSmenu on my r4.
but the patched rom worked fine on 1.18 Kernel, as soon as i swapped to Ysmenu, the same rom went to white screen at startup.

I have an acekard 2 and it works fine. Just follow the instructions in dpspatcher.ee and you should be okay.

You need dpspatcher.exe, the Jump Ultimate Stars ROM, and the .dps patch. Then you start dpspatcher, load the JUS ROM, load the DPS patch, choose a path and file name for the patched ROM, then click on 'Patch'. How could it be easier?

Something that I guess should be noted is that after I hit patch, I'll get the patched rom at about 26mb and the patcher stops responding.
I'm guessing the rom should be more than 26mb, and I'm also going to guess that the patcher should keep responding. >.>

Redownload the patch and patcher? Works perfectly fine for me.

Just let it sit for a bit.
Select all your files, press the patch button and go do something for 10 minutes.
When you get back, if it's not completed, then you've got a problem.
I noticed that when I (running Windows 7) pressed the button and got the "(Not Responding)" in the title bar, the game didn't patch properly and locked up with a white screen after it boots.
Unfortunately now, even with the successful patch, my game locks up with a black screen after the intro movie. Possibly a piracy bypass code i need to enable? I didn't look too much into it yet, but I will later on.
