Hacking JPN PKM ORAS save to US

Is it possible to have my existing JAP Pokemon ORAS save to work with the US rom?

you could use pkhex (i think it supports oras at least a little) to do it i think, but you would have to decrypt the save file, maybe with savefiledecrypter? if it's possible. it should be since it is a card 2 game

Use savedatafiler to extract save from Japanese rom. Back up the 'main' file.
Start the game in US rom. Save anywhere in the game. Make sure yo save 2 times. Then use savedatafiler to dump the save of the US rom. Copy the 'main' file of Japanese save and overwrite the 'main' file of US save. Now import the US save back into the US. Since you overwritten the main of the US save with the Japanese save, you will now have your Japanese save loaded into US rom
