Hardware Joy-con don't synchronize

Hello,
I have a switch ipatched 4.1.0 with 0.9.4 atmosphere installed on my SD card 128giga.
When I launch the switch on OFW, I can not synchronize the joy-con LEFT in "dock" mode, it is not detected. The left joy-con light does not come on when I press the synchronize button.
In CFW atmosphere the left joy-con is detected in a "vertical" way, but can not be synchronized. Also The left joy-con light does not come on when I press the synchronize button.
But I have no problem synchronizing the right joy-con in CFW and OFW.
And portable mode with the joy-con connected to the switch, there is no problem, everything works normal.
PS: the 2 joycon are fully charged.
