Homebrew jap original game carts english

wanted to know if jap original game carts will be in English if i use the region free hack on modded 3ds

i have installed 2 cia's on my 3ds that where the jap version like Yoshi's Woolly World and it was in English

the games i want to get where also released in english speaking countries but the jap version is way cheaper

I believe it depends on the game, some games like Pokemon have the option of English. However i suspect many games won't.
