Gaming IV Cheat ?

Is there a easy to use cheat for pokemon pearl(e) that gives the pokemon maximum IV's ... i know there is one already on the cheat database for pearl(u)but there's no pokemon spawner. I dont know how it works. Does it max the IV's of a wild pokemon or do i have to press a button ?

The E or U codes for that department looks identical
so maybe you can try use the U codes on your E game

Thats not what i meant. The spawner for any pokemon i want is on the (e) cheats list but the max iv cheat is on the (u) cheats list and i cant run them at the same time. Could you tell me how the cheat works cause if it only works for wild pokemon and i cant spawn the one i want cause it's a r/s/e version pokemon that i need the cheat to get then i've hit a dead end.
