anyway free that i can convert itunes to avi or mpg and with no drm so that i can convert it to dpg? it won't let me convert the movies i bought for some reason.

No... thats why they're DRM'd, so you cant do something like this

You could always pirate the movie and just convert it.

i know but it's not supposed to be drm'd and it's legal, why would i want something thats not?
i'm sure theres a program that does what i want

I'm not 100% but I believe Tunebite Platinum can do what you need.

Edit2: Noticed you wanted free. Tunebite isn't free but...well, I shouldn't have to say any more.

You sir are a n00b who doesn't know what he is talking about. As of March 2009, all iTunes music in North America does not have DRM if you purchased it off the iTunes store. Movies, games, eBooks and various other iPod related applications are all still protected by DRM and there is no good way of bypassing it.
