Because it's weird that valve first only ships what they can produce...and then have delays due to high volume.

no it was a steam message, there was a legit delay as the Reddit was going Crazy for a day but I think it was only a day and it seems to be resolved after that

My email came at 18:30 which I believe would be 11:30 your time. Fingers crossed for you. Have Steam running, that way you'll get a big pop up window right away.
