I just wanted to let everyone know I just finished my first skin! Yay! Anyway, I think its kinda cool, its based on the Fallout series. Most graphics are from Fallout 3 with a few from Fallout 1 & 2. Check it out, and let me know if you have any suggestions/ constructive criticism!
