Misc itouch2 ds rom wifi problem

ok so i recently acquired an itouch 2 ds from deal extreme and i m using a lexar 4gb micro sdhc card with the unclosed circle with 2 insde(idont know if that matters or not.)

i also use a ampid mobile micro sd 256mb mem card with alittle games in it

my main problem is that i try to host a single card thing with my two ds's using wifi with a couple of games like
mario kart
mario party
mario hoops
skate it

and while ds without the card starts downloading it drops and the connection breaks(everytime)
i am able to play single card host on zelda spirit tracks on the micro sd card

i dont know if it is the micro sd and micro sdhc card or the flash cart but i just wanna play games with my bro

im preety sure theres a option to ds-download patch a game if you want to, just try to find it in the options. that fixed my ds-download problems with my acekard 2i, but idk if theres such an option in the iTouch
