a stub is useless IOS that no longer fuctions just takes up space you should over write these with Dop Mii Wiibrew Edition it would save you a frew KB but not much anyways are you loading games by backup laucher or disc? i need a better description about what is not working.

It looks like you updated your Wii after you softmodded it and the update remove som of the stuff you installed.

If you still have HBC installed (I presume that you have since you are able to run Syscheck) then reinstall cIOS 249 (and 222, 223 if you want) using IOS250 for the installation. Use either WAD Manager (if you have the cIOS WADs) or the original cIOS installers.

If you had Priiloader installed it is probably gone aswell and you need to reinstall it if you want it.
You have Bootmii installed as IOS but if you also had it as boot2 it might be gone aswell.

This is why you don't let family touch softmodded consoles without adult supervision. Children especially suffer from "ZOMG UPDATE MAKES THINGS BETTER ALWAYS!" syndrome.

dvdx is no longer supported and is no longer needed. Latest homebrew channel/software do DVD access via direct commands. As for USB loader, make sure you have a customIOS installed since, as far as I know, most USB loaders haven't moved over to IOS58 (and probably won't)

This is why I disable the System Update function with the priiloader hacks.
