Hacking Issues with some wiiware booting

I'm still on 3.2U. I have both the netflix channel and Megaman 10 installed, but both refuse to boot. All that happens is that I get sent back to the system menu. Other games like cave story run fine. What can I do to fix this? I'm not sure what I do and don't have installed on my wii. Do I need to update to 4.3, and if so, how?

all you need to do is update your systems IOS's the easiest way to do it is by following the modmii instructions though I did it mannually with NUSD and wad manager.
