Hardware Issue with Romhack on 3DS

Apologies if this is in the wrong spot, but just patched Adventure Red Chapter Beta 15 and injected the CIA to my 3ds. When I open the game, it says hold the power button to turn off the 3ds. I cannot for the life of me get the game to run. Tried running it on mGBA on the 3ds as well, and I just get a white screen, it will not load. Any ideas?

The romhack is a little over the 32 MB standard size of GBA roms. GBA VC doesn't handle anything bigger than 32 MB. This game can be played reasonable enough with mGBA emulator on n(2/3)DS(XL).
