I've tried so many things to get rid of this ISO249

I've used the wad manager and installer,
I was presented with an error 1017

I then tried Anytitledeleter,
and was given an error of 102

I can't seem to delete it!

And from all the guides I read, I need too in order to downgrade my wii from 4.2 to 3.2

THAT WAY, I can use geckoos rebooter to create a copy of my Monster hunter tri sav,
since no other program seems to be able to backup my sav with 249 in there,
the wiimote either just disconnects at some menu,
or the saves don't show up, or the backup program just doesnt boot

Please help,
I need to backup my sav so I can swap wiis and keep all my stats

Hmm...I won't comment on why you think you have to downgrade (never recommended) or whether actually doing it will allow your savegame to be copied (just to be sure...did you try savegame manager gx?).
...or why cIOS249 needs to be deleted in order to allow a downgrade (it doesn't make any sense...3.2 doesn't even use the 249 slot). You're sure you're not confusing "downgrading" with "revirginizing", right?

But anyway...the reason you can't uninstall cIOS249 with those programs is simple: those proggies use that to work (it's basically like trying to remove your c:\windows folder). Try DOP-Mii instead (multi-mod manager can probably do the same, but I haven't tested it). And make sure you don't select cIOS249 as the cIOS to be used by the program.

Yes I did try save game manager gx, it started playing the music on a black screen, then stopped playing the music, and kept the black screen (so.. froze basically...)

GeckOS rebooter doesn't work with 3.3 or higher,
it just gives an error

None of the programs to backup a save have worked,
all of them just turn to a black screen, and disconnect my wiimote
(IE, regular savegame manager)

The mod just did not show the MH3 data as an option to copy

So you're on 4.2, right?

Download XFlak's priiloader shortcut channel package:
http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=195326

It has priiloader, and a hacks.ini for priiloader (and a nice shortcut channel to easily boot priiloader too).

Use this to install priiloader with hacks, then once you've done that, boot into priiloader, and enable the "Remove NoCopy Save File Protection" System Menu Hack.

Once that's done, start the sysmenu via priiloader, and copy the save.

With this hack enabled, the "copy" button will still be grayed out, but the file will copy anyway.

if you have a lu64+ wii downgrading will brick you
thats bullcrap. afaik dop-mii can do it just fine

from http://sites.google.com/site/completesg/about/downgrading:

QUOTE
However, Nintendo wasn't done with us yet! After some time, they managed to bring out a new kind of Wii, the Lu64+ Wii as it is called now days. These Wii's have a small hardware change, as well as an update for Boot2. These changes made it so that when a Lu64+ is downgraded, it instantly Bricks the Wii. (To find out why, read About:Lu64+).

I don't know, but I think DOP-Mii uses a new method that allows you to downgrade "LU64+" Wiis without problems.
Old downgraders however will brick it.

@OP, it's IOS, not ISO

"Unauthorized to get ticket. is ios249 trucha signed?, aborting mission"

When I don't use 249 it aborts as well saying im unauthorized

this

the old method used by wanker was retarded and did indeed brick

afaik lunatik noticed the fuck up by wanker and fixed it making downgrading perfectly possible
