If you're talking about movie streaming from online, NetFlix is on its way.

If you're talking about your own movies (ripped 3D bluray anyone?), then it is not possible for now. Maybe later the 3DS might have a video player like what Rydian said, but that isn't confirmed yet I believe

Well we already know it's possible because of that OK Go video.
I doubt Nintendo will let us convert and watch our own videos though, so we'd have to hack the 3DS for that.

I think that will probably our best bet if we want our own videos to play on it.
Unless Nintendo is generous enough to give us that option.

I think it will be like the 3ds camera application, we can add our own 3d photos to that can't we? so i cant imagine it would be different for 3d video recording............actually, it might actually be that same application that is used to record videos....
