Hacking Is this flash cart ok?

How is this flash cart? How does saving work? Do I just dump some roms into the sd card and put it in the flash cart and play on the dsi?

Don't get this flash cart!! You won't be able to use it on your DSi if you update to 1.4!
Get an AceKard2i or M3i Zero.

if you updated your DSi already to 1.4 (which means you went into the DSi shop) then you will need another DS to update the AK2i.
If you don't have another DS then get this:

Thanks for the help, my sisters dsi does have the 1.4 firmware but I have another ds lite, can I use the ds lite to upgrade the Acekard 2i? Or do you guys think I should wait for the Supercard DSTWO (how much do you guys think it will be?)

Yes you can upgrade your Acekard 2i with the DS Lite. That's even the recommended method. And don't bother with Supercard DSTwo, it might take a while, before this is available.

Tell the store you want to try out a ds and flash the ak2i. (was suggested by some guy in another topic)

Considering all the features, I'd imagine it being a little over $52.00 USD. If DX starts to sell it, $48.00 USD.

To answer OP, it's an OK cart, but there are much better to choose.....Just check carts members here advise...

Maybe wait for SCDS2, or check out AK2i or M3Zero..

Also, I am planning on getting the DSi Holiday Bundle(Mario) I already own a DS Lite..if the DSi comes with 1.4 firmware already preloaded, can I still use the AceKard 2? I just want to be sure before I go buy the DSi that I will be able to use it
