Hardware Is this EZflash 3in1 cart legit?

Im buying a EZflash from dealextreme and im wondering if this one is legit because i keep hearing about fake r4s and such.
Can anyone tell me if these parts are real EZflashcarts?

Legal trouble, I guess. I guess Nintendo don't like devices that let people pirate games. Seems all the flash cartridges are missing from DealExtreme now o_o
