Hacking is this actually possible?

I have a query which involves NeoGamma and a autoboot channel to possibly act like the disc channel (showing game banners and playing sounds).

Is this possible without actually replacing or hacking the disc channel? *by the way, NeoCorp is not what I'm refering to*

NeoCorp isn't what your referring too? Then what do you want?

Something exactly similar to NeoCorp, but it would have it's own channel which is completely separate from the disc channel.
