    PS: if it is can i upgrade straight to any of the m33-6?

    A CFW like this exists, yes. It's very ancient, only for 1k.
    You can flash 5.00m33-6 or 5.50 GEN-D3 with Hellcat , I think.

    it says u can

    upgrade to 4.01 M33 first. then go to 5.00M33-6.

    how i do this what folders i install on the psp first?

    Just flash 5.00m33-6 or 5.50 GEN-D3 with Hellcat's Recovery Flasher.
    Like I already said.

    from 3.30 jump to 5.00m33-6 won't that brick the psp?

    There's no direct update to 5.00m33-6.
    Which is why you're FLASHING a version, not updating.
    See the difference?

    I suppose a better way to put it out is that Flashing puts it straight onto the PSPs chipset and hardware. While Upgrading only udates what already on the Chipset and hardware.

    Er, Hellcats Recovery Flasher from any starting point gets you directly to 5.00M33-6.

    Update is the keyword. Hellcats is a flasher.
