cause i hear from other people
theres a help thread and like "oh how do i get this part?"
things like that
so ive been assuming that people have already got the game and translated it?
is this true?

There'd be no point in making a patch for the game, as it's quite likely that NoA and NoE will localize and release it in countries that speak languages other than Japanese. So unfortunately, no, there is no patch.

However, you may be able to find a typed-up menu translation floating about. If one is needed that is.

Its not coming out in March.

Nintendo recently had it listed for release in Europe & NA but it only said 2009, no official date has been set.
