Hacking Is there devmenu/playcoinsetter/etc with N3DS

Pretty much the title. Cause after I system transferred from my O3DS to my N3DS All the .cias like that have disappeared, and i can't reinstall them

yeah you will need to reinstall them with devmenu.3ds or bigbluemenu.3ds on the red card, then you can install your cia files

I don't want to hijack, but just looking for verification... a cia created on my O3DS will install just fine on the N3DS? Is a system transfer necessary, or will they work without one?

They can work without, but you will need to transfer the save with SaveDataFiler.
