Im wondering if theres any methods of Flashing a NOR Consoles CID. So that One can go from CFW 4.82.2 Rebug (where the CID was not spoofed and is banned), To OFW 4.83 and Connect to PSN On a non Banned CID.

Is there any Software Nor Flash Write/Dumpers. So I can Dump the Nor, and edit it in a hex editor, Then re-flash it to the PS3.
