Hacking Gaming Hardware Homebrew Is there a way to use touchscreen in dsi mode on Twilight menu++

So im using twilight Menu++ on my O3ds and whenever I set a homebrew game to dsi mode the bottom touchscreen doesnt work in the game. Is there an option im missing in the settings, a bug only I have experienced, or is this a general issue? Any help would be appreciated
