I've got a 4.1.0 OFW Switch with SX Core, but EmuNAND 4.1.0 doesn't want to boot (FAT32 microSD)

What can I do?

There is no way and there never will be. You will have to use either ChoiDujour or ChoiDujourNX to update your firmware.
