Hacking Is there a way to start ds game with AR code without AR ?

Hi, i'm thinking about buying pokemon black,black 2 and platinum, but i'd like to still play online, so i'll use altwfc,however, i haven't action replay
my 3ds is hacked with b9s and luma, is there a way to play a ds game with ar codes ?
and if there is none, would it be easy to make it myself ? (i know some C++ but i've never really worked with 3ds)
