Is there a way to edit Pokemon XY/ORAS PSS data?

Just to remove acquaintances/friends and such? I accidentally added my clone when trying out a local battle with the same save file on two consoles and can't seem to get them to stop re-friending each other. Otherwise, possible solution?

Acquaintances may be removed by tapping the player's icon and then tapping the button in the lower-left corner of the screen; dropped Acquaintances will become Passersby. Friends may only be removed by removing the player from the 3DS's friend list.
