Can anyone help me with this? I would prefer to use free software... I have PhotoShop CS3 Trial Version.

EDIT: better description: When I save a 16-color BMP, I have a pre-set palette. I would like to change which 16 colors that I can use.

    I figured it out:

I found that this: Icon XP Trial Version can do it just fine. It is long and tedious (you have to manually put the DEC versions of the HEX values of the colors (or just pick it from a 24-bit palette))

Sorry about the double thread thing... I accidentally clicked "Submit Post" twice... (or whatever the button is called) My mouse is messing up. Everytime I click, it clicks, but when I release the button, it clicks again...
