PS1/2 Is there a video ripper for PS2 ROMs?

I mostly want to know because i'm a fan of stepmania. it'd make life making steps a hell lot easier, and i could add the cool ass backrounds if there is one. ALSO: do any of the PS2 emulators work for any of the DDR games, if so , which ones? Thnx.

I thought you would want a resource ripper that could separate the odd ps2 disc files or rom files into bmp's mpg's and mp3's.
