    A homebrew that lets you watch TV? Does one exist?

    You can't actually watch tv, but you can use Moonshell to play .dpg videos. You can use programs such as BatchDPG (or any other of your choice) to convert your videos from .whatever to .dpg (I believe that some video formats may require you to convert [.whatever>.avi>.dpg]? Wait for someoene else to answer). Just search around for the latest release of Moonshell and whatever video convertor you want to use.

    there was a released tv type thing for the ds in japan.
    unfortunatly it only views 1seg channels and it was never released to the usa or europe
