Hey Y'all! I'm Looking for a Wii U Homebrew Tool that'll Allow You to Zoom In or Out of the TV Screen and Gamepad Screen Separately (Think of the Switch's Zoom Function by Double Tapping Home)

Does that Type of Tool Exist, or will Somebody Need to Make It?
