I have an old PS2 console from back in the day. It has a Magic 3.1 chip in it that I don't really want to remove right now. I am looking to install OPL that has GSM integrated into it already to play games in 480P and 1080i but I can't find a good tutorial.

Any guide would be appreciated with a current version of OPL with GSM integrated in it for easy usage. What can I read?

  • Veho @ Veho:
Were those even LCD, or did they have tiny lamps inside?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Veho, They were LCD games if I'm not mistaken with lamps inside.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Took full sized C cell batteries.
  • Veho @ Veho:
In the distant past before all these fancy solid state electronic gizmos, there were segmented displays with tiny lamps under each segment instead of one backlight and then an LCD overlay.

Yay chemical tube lighting doctors hate led

A vacuum tube a day keeps the doctor away. Or something.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Keeps the doctor employed after snorting the light substance

So Xbox steals names from fluorescent lights
  • Veho @ Veho:
Noble gasses are inert, hence the name "noble" so they aren't really a problem.
