Homebrew Is there a regionfree .3dsx type of homebrew available through 3ds_hb_menu?

Right now, switching between regionFOUR and ninjhax can be a pain when internet access is limited. How are people doing it without GW or modifying sysnand? If someone can point me in the right direction, that would be great.

If you can run ninjahax I would suggest adding pasta cfw and then once that's booted you can run a cia of cubic ninja and run region four or install the cia to make pasta region free
