Homebrew Is there a n64 emulator

Sorry if this questions been asked before but I was wondering if there is an n64 emulator for the games that haven't been officially released on eshop.

I know I can inject roms but unlike emulators like retroarch these don't stretch the screen or include shaders which smooth out the pixels.

I could see a PSX emu , had one on my original Xbox ,, The Wii U should be powerful enough

Power it has, plenty of power, the problem is interest in porting one and writing a dynarec core to get full speed. As of yet, no one is interested, all we have is either WiiSX or a super slow, but more accurate port of Mednafen PCSX.

Yeah, I was hoping for something on the U, but in the meantime go into your vWii and get extrems or injects each one has their pros and cons. Enjoy!!

You could use the vWii hbc and get not64. That's as best as you can get for a n64 emulator on the Wii.

The Problem is that Not64 doesn't support HID controllers like the GC-Adapter. On my old wii I could use the GC ports, but on WiiU I can not. And I don't want to buy a wii classic Controller only for Not64 because compatibility is too worse to spend money only for that

Well that's an improvement then definitely! For me it's not unfortunately, as I do not have a WiiU Pro Controller and wouldn't need it for anything else as well, because I really like the Gamepad as controller device. So for me I'd need either Gamepad support or GC-Adapter support...
But thanks, it's good to know that Not64 is still being worked on!

No most games by rare don't work and there are a number of other problems as well.

Banjo Kazooie is the only injection from Rare that works, others are too much for the emulator (custom microcode, etc). And boy howdy does the emulator botch the sound lol.

So anything other than Banjo 2, DK 64 and Conker will run acceptably?

Those games don't work at all via injection; Not64 loads them, albeit poorly. We don't have much selection for now, if ever. Nintendo's N64 emulator is meh, at best.
