Homebrew Is there a Homebrew Browser for 11.3, no CFW?

Yes, I know what I'm doing, and no, I am not new to this. The only thing I need to know, is if there is, or if there isn't. When I say Homebrew Browser, I mean a way to download homebrew apps, directly from homebrew.

It'd really help, that way I know whether to stop looking or not.

Use soundhax and download homebr3w it has a 3ds file so can use that from soundhax.

Homebr3w has no 3dsx build

Then use FBI 3dsx then and go through title database. That should work.

It get's it from TitleDB which I believe only allows CIA files.

You can't "install games" on 11.3
