Gaming Is there a diference

Is there a difference between *.*.nds and *.*.7z (unless that is like a .rar). I'm using a R4 if that helps. Thanks

yes,
a .nds file is bootable through the flash card,
a .7z is a compressed file and isn't bootable.

so to sum up, to play nds homebrew or roms, use .nds files because they are all that work. unless you go into gameboy advance etc.

7z is an archive format (like zip and rar). Winrar is able to open it.

7zip can also open those, if you dont have/want winrar. Find it here: http://www.7-zip.org/
