No, as 3dsx works by loading a 3DS application (depending on the app, may be fixed or selectable), inheriting its permissions titleid and save files, and replacing its code in memory with your homebrew

This can't be applied to DS/i software because there's a reset while switching between 3DS, recovery, DS/i, or GBA modes
