Hacking is there a 9.2 3ds to cia turorial?

I have dumped my game cart using the gateway launcher.dat, but I can't find a working tutorial to convert the 3ds to a cia so I can instal it on my system. All I can find are 4.x tutorials and tools, then snippets of 9.2 tools, which don't seem to play nice with those 4.x tutorials.

Any help would be appreciated :-)

Edit: use rxTools to get ncchinfo.bin
