Here's how it went for me:
1.Purchased a DS Lite Onyx, had loose volume control
2.Exchanged for another Onyx, this time it has yellow touchscreen, a stuck pixel
3.Exchanged for a white one, has bad d-pad and loose volume slider
4.Got a refund

I'll stick with my DS Phat for the time being.

With that kind of luck, I dont blame you. The Onyx one I have, the volume control is kinda loose, but I dont care, it still does the job and you cannot tell just by looking at it, only when you put your thumb or finger on the slider...

I can't believe you'd return it for the volume slider. I wish that was my only problem, I have a cracked hinge and crappy d-pad.

sorry about bringing this topic back up but i just want to know if any one from australia got there DS lites replaced by nintendo or ebgames??
