I came across the Neods in the SCDSTWO plug-ins forum and just wondering (unable to download at moment) but is it actually worth it? Does it play Neo Geo games just as efficiently as a normal emulator like Gba-Nds or NDSSFC would?

i wrote the attached list a long time ago (2008? -- WOW). its a listing of the games (in the mame set), which games work, and some other info.

the emu itself does require rom conversion and you will have to obtain the bios files on your own.

it is worth downloading, it runs great, has some nice features, etc. however, the emu was abandoned and never updated to fix some of the things like file limitations, save issues, compatibility, etc.

Yeah it is actually really impressive; plays most games smoothly. I believe all of the KOF series worked flawlessly, but don't quote me on that since I haven't used it since last year.
