Homebrew Is it safe to delete Health and Safety and Nintendo Zone through FBI?

Just the apps I don't care about, or don't work. I wanna know if I won't get bricked.

You won't get bricked, the system will detect you are missing these files and will tell you to update and won't stop until you do it.
The easiest ways to get rid of them are:
1: Put a badge on them.
2: Make a folder in the far right of the home menu and put the apps there.
