I accidentally deleted NAND files using FBI

I'm a complete noob in any of this, so I don't know what to do. I bought a 3ds 2 days ago, and it came with FBI. I tried to delete FBI but deleted NAND files. Now the FBI icon in the home menu is just a black square and when I try to enter the app, the arm11 error screen appears. I tried to solve the arm11 error using tutorials, but it doesn't change anything. I can't enter the settings app, so I can't update the console. I don't know what to do, so please help me.

And yes, you should backup the partially not working status, especially if no other backup exists.

I tried updating, but the console is unable to connect to the internet it connected perfectly before deleting the files, so I think that there is the problem.
And I couldn't make the NAND backup because there is no Godmode9 in my console.
I'm going to try the CTR Transfer and hope if that works.
